Refundable $400 security hold, not a charge. Your card is saved securely by Stripe. About 1 day before check-in we place a temporary $400 authorization on it, and it’s released 3 days after checkout unless there’s documented damage. After paying, you’ll verify your photo ID with a quick selfie, and entry details are sent once that’s done.

I have read and agree to the Rental Agreement (version 2026-10-20.2), including the house rules, the $400 refundable security hold, ID verification and the Moderate cancellation policy (full refund if canceled at least 5 days before check-in; 50% of the nightly rent plus the full cleaning fee and taxes back if canceled later).

🔒 Secure checkout by Stripe: card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Your card details never touch this site.
